Troop 940 is a welcoming Scouts BSA Boy Troop in the Driftless District of the Glacier's Edge Council. Troop 940 was chartered on March 1, 1978, by the Middleton Optimist Club.  We meet on Tuesdays from 7:00-8:00 PM at Northside Elementary School (3620 High Rd., Middleton, WI 53562) in the multipurpose room during the school year.  During the summer, we meet every other week on Tuesdays from 7:00-8:00 PM at Lakeview Park in Middleton. Meetings include rank advancement for Scout through First Class ranks, merit badges, skill-building games, and planning for our campouts.  Once per month, our Patrol Leaders Council (PLC) meets to plan Troop 940's long term activities.
